Jeanette Bronée founded Path for Life in 2004

-to bring awareness to our own power for taking charge of our daily well-being.

Performance is not something we do, it is something we embody. We tend to focus on doing more instead of doing better in our daily lives and we can stop this cycle of exhaustion and stress by learning how to be a team with our own bodies. To know ourselves better is to know what we need and why. We already have the wisdom to take better care of ourselves within, but we need to re-learn how to listen to our own bodies, because in our modern busy lives we have lost the connection with ourselves. To thrive is to learn how to make good use of the tools we have available to us every day; our choices.

We tend to focus on doing more, rather than doing better.

My goal is to inspire and empower my audience to make the changes that nourish, heal and help them thrive.

When we take better care of ourselves, we thrive and so do those around us
— Jeanette Bronée
We tend to look outside of ourselves for the answer, but it is already there, inside each and everyone of us. What we need is to learn how to listen.
