Connectedness

TOGETHER, even when apart.
Evolving the way we work from the inside out.

What does it take to be a high performer and our best human self? We have talked about the future of work for a long time. However, even in an AI-driven workplace, human connection is still essential, especially as we navigate the chaos of constant and accelerated change. Cultivating trust and collaboration in a changing work environment is essential to building a culture where people feel they matter. Power-Pausing and the CARE framework are operating systems that give us the tools to be more aware, adaptable, and agile in how we think, engage, and act. It’s up to us how we shape the future by redefining engagement and cultivating a Culture of Care® –a culture where we connect, communicate, and collaborate with CARE.

Harnessing the power of being human is essential in building trust

Working remotely is both a challenge and a possibility. Leadership is changing, culture is changing, and the way we work is continuously changing. It’s more important than ever that we have the tools to cultivate a Culture of Care® where people feel included, heard, and valued, and where teams can work together from the perspective of personal leadership.

The old version of well-being as a program or a perk is outdated. Well-being is the key to a high-functioning culture. Loneliness, stress, and burnout have been a silent crisis for a long time, one we can no longer ignore because it’s looming and real, and our mental health has never been more critical or challenged than it is working in a hybrid environment.

“Your heartfelt, genuine, sincere, practical, and knowledgeable words were incredibly valuable to providing us all with skills and strategies for building resiliency and connectedness. Much appreciated!”

ALL KEYNOTES & training programs ARE AVAILABLE AS VIRTUAL and hybrid EVENTS

Giving your leaders and teams the tools to integrate a self-care mindset can make the difference between a culture running in survival mode and a culture where people grow stronger through adversity together, even when we are apart.

Without the hello in the hallway, the water cooler, “how are you,” and the face-to-face meetings, where we can pause for a small moment to feed the human connection that fuels engagement? How can we stay creative and innovative when the whole team is not in the room together? How can we keep learning and growing when we foster inspiration through interaction?

We must learn the tools to cultivate new ways to connect, communicate, and collaborate in a hybrid culture. When care is a core value system, we create a culture where people matter, and we can continue to build a healthy culture that’s inclusive of our diverse human needs.

Virtual events, workshops, and interactive keynotes can give everyone the tools and the roadmap needed to nourish the relationships that make us human; starting with the relationship we have with ourselves.

“Thank you so much Jeanette. You were wonderful. Direct, confident and warm and kind. Loved how you weaved personal stories with real neuroscience and EQ facts. Joey just texted me and said it was smart to bring you in and how important it is for us to educate our employees that they have agency!”

“Jeanette Bronée was incredible during a speaking event at Christmas Tree Shops on self-care. She gave a fresh take on the idea of self-care and helped all our corporate employees understand that it is so important for personal and professional wellbeing. I received wonderful feedback from our associates, and everyone is energized by practicing the very manageable tips and strategies that Jeanette spoke about. She had a positive energy, was easy to work with and was very prepared. I highly recommend Jeanette as a speaker for your next event, and we look forward to welcoming her again in the future.”

“THANK YOU – YOU WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

”We had a brilliant 2 day virtual conference with so many attendees tuning in for your session. What was really truly amazing was the feedback we received from the hundreds plus attendees we had – on how they resonated very well with you!

I mean, especially when you said, take a moment to pause, take a moment to put your feet down and feel the ground, take a deep breath, pause and ask yourself how are you doing inside, and also the self-care bit and how one should NOT shy away from mental health discussion.

I can go on and on Jeanette, I am just overwhelmed as an Organiser and a Host of your session because of the love and amazing feedback we had from the attendees afterwards.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say “what an amazing presentation and delivery that was from you”!!! I hope and want to work with you again that’s for sure!”
