Jeanette Bronée founded Path for Life in 2004 to bring awareness to our own power for healing and thriving by learning how our choices affect us. After both her parents died of cancer just one year apart, and being told it was no longer a matter of if, but when, she would get cancer too, she pulled the plug on her career as a fashion executive to not only change the verdict she had been given, but also help others be busy and take charge of their daily performance, while living more nourished, empowered lives and master stress.
She found that while we might know what to do, we still don't. Our habits get in the way and our mindset makes us struggle to make the changes we crave. In response, she developed the Path for Life Method to change our relationship with food and become a team with our bodies, so we can learn how to thrive instead of just merely surviving every day.
Her book “EAT TO FEEL FULL and nourish yourself for good” has gained nation-wide attention and featured on the morning TV news for breaking up with the idea that we need to diet to get healthy and lose weight, and instead focus on feeling nourished to create sustainable change in our habits.
She is an international TEDx and keynote speaker on the topics of nourishment, performance and why mindfulness matters.
She lives in New York where she runs a her business Path for Life inc. and retreats to the Catskills, where she grows veggies, makes dinner with friends, does yoga in the woods, writes and explores how to best create change in both our individual and corporate health.
